  • You received the wrong item or your order is incomplete.
  • The item does not match the product description on our website.

Please note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our embroidered products, minor variations in stitching or pattern are expected and not considered defects.

2. Return Time Frame

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

3. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any) must be included.
  • The item must not be customized or part of a final sale or clearance promotion.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong order), we will cover return shipping costs.
