📍 Shipping Coverage

PAWAE currently ships domestically within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

⏰ Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day.

Each PAWAE shirt is made and packed with love, so we appreciate your patience!

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: Delivery times are estimated and may be impacted by weather, carrier delays, or peak periods such as holidays.

💸 Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the U.S.
No additional fees will be added at checkout.

🚛 Shipping Carrier

Orders are delivered via trusted shipping partners such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.

🔁 Failed Deliveries

In case delivery is unsuccessful:

  • A second delivery attempt will be made at no extra cost.
  • If the second attempt also fails, your order will be returned to PAWAE and fully refunded to your original payment method.

📦 Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor the delivery status in real-time.

📝 Important Notes

  • We do not ship on weekends or national holidays.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PAWAE is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address submissions.
  • For custom embroidery requests, please allow 1-2 extra business days for preparation.
